Founded by Klaus Schwab in 2011, the Global Shapers Community is an initiative of the World Economic Forum; a scalable solution for organizing and mobilizing the full potential of young people. With more than 12,000 members and alumni, the community spans nearly 430 city-based hubs in 156 countries and territories.

For the first time ever, the World Economic Forum hosted a virtual Global Shapers Annual Summit, designed to mobilize the collective action needed to realize a ‘Great Reset’ COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on communities.
